BB and The Blues Shack Perform at the Doheny Blues Fest 2011

BB and the Blues Shack came all the way from Hildesheim Germany for this event . . . Michael Arlt said they traveled for 14 hours to get to Dana point.  And you couldn't tell from their performance if there was any jet lag because they played magically.  Michael is a ball of energy jumping all over the stage.  His brother Andreas was a master guitar player.  Who would have known that 5 guys from Germany could play Chicago blues so well.  My wife and I saw Andreas at a restaurant later that evening and he told us, the trip from Germany was just for this festival.  Talent and Dedication.  If BB & the Blues Shack is ever in my area again, I would go to see them play.  Here is Michael and Andreas (brothers) on the Sailor Jerry Stage entertaining the enthused audience.
